WHAT IS A BEAZER HOME REBATE?
What is a Beazer Home Rebate? The Beazer Home Rebate is when the realtor you use to buy a new home shares part of the commission they receive from the builder with the Buyer. It’s a strategy used by a small percentage of realtors across the country – in any of the 40 states – to provide something back to our clients. (And yes, Nevada is one of those 40 states!)
Real estate agents who offer these cashback incentives do so to give something back to the consumer. We were hoping you could get the best deal, so much so that we’ll pay to prove it!
How much is the Beazer Home Rebate? There is NO LIMIT on the amount of rebate available. Nor is there a minimum purchase price on the houses eligible for this offer. Your Beazer Home Rebate amount is set by the purchase price paid by the buyer on the property.
The rebate shares up to 80 % of the commission received from the builder. The Beazer Home Rebate depends entirely on the house’s purchase price. The MINIMUM Beazer Home Rebate on new homes is 50% of the commission received from the builder! That is the guaranteed percentage of the buyer’s rebate at the time of escrow close.
These rebates can be utilized to pay closing costs, home improvements, lot premiums, reduce the interest rate of your loan, or buy down the price of the home. After the closing, we can also issue a check to you with the lender’s consent. Then, you are free to spend as much as you desire!
Does this affect any other INCENTIVES THE BUILDER may offer? Not at all! The Beazer Home Rebate does not affect any other amenities the builder provides. You can still receive free upgrades, closing costs, and special pricing offers.
HOW DO YOU QUALIFY FOR THE HOME
To qualify for the Beazer Home Rebate, please follow these guidelines: Contact us before visiting any new home community.
You’ll need to visit the possible new home with us for the first time, and some builders may allow us to register you in advance.
