Once you meet with the builder’s representative, you just need to let them know you’re using the services of a Realtor, then provide them with all the details I provide to you.
If you are financing your home, your rebate will be used by your lender towards closing costs.
If you are paying cash, you may be able to use your rebate towards closing costs, upgrades, lot premiums, appliance packages, or simply reduce the price of the home.
